Please see below a list of payment options that Staging hire Co offers. We do not require a deposit for bookings. Once your stage is booked in, your booking is secure and we will definitely turn up.
Cash payment for your hire is accepted on the day, however you must have the correct money as our drivers do not carry change. If you require a receipt for a cash payment, please emailĀ [email protected] and will send you a receipt the next business day
Staging hire Co only accepts business cheques or cheques from schools or organisations. We do not accept personal cheques. If you wish to pay for your stage via business cheque, this must be posted to us at least 7 days prior to PO BOX 4123 Parramatta CBD, NSW, 2124.
Our merchant facility accepts all credit cards except for AMEX. All credit card transactions incur a 2% credit card surcharge. If you wish to pay via credit card, please select this option when booking and we will call you to organise payment prior to your event. We do not offer credit card payments on the day of your event. A payment receipt for your staging hire can be issued to you via email.
Clients are welcome to pay for their stage before the function via EFT or bank deposit. This is often the easiest method so our team can arrive and start setting up your stage with no delays. We can issue an invoice prior to your event. Payment must be made at least 3 days prior to your event, if not you will be required to pay for your stage on the day via cash.
