Do you deliver and set up?

Yes, Staging Hire Co offers a full delivery, installation and pick up service. Please see our prices page to see which stages are free and which incur a set up and delivery charge. All stages outside of 35km from Sydney CBD incur a delivery charge, please email or call for a price.

Can we pick up and set up our self?

Yes, you are welcome to pick up and set up the stage yourself. You will need a ute, van or truck. They will not fit in a car.

How much weight can your stages hold?

They are approved to hold 750kg per square metre. If you have something heavy that you need to place on the stage and you are unsure if it will support it, please let us know.

What height are your stages?

Our stages can be set starting at 300mm up to 1m high. Stages over 900mm require railing by law which is an additional charge. If you require a stage over 1m high,

What are we able to put on the stage?

You can basically put whatever you like on the stage as long as it is within the load limits and will not scratch or damage the staging panels.

What are your payment options?

Payment for our stage hire can be made via cash on delivery, business cheque, EFT or credit card. Credit cards incur a 2% surcharge and we do not accept AMEX. Personal cheques are not accepted.

What type of coverings do you have for your stages?

The stages are made from strong ply wood with a 2mm hard black plastic covering on top. If you require a different surface such as carpet or something custom, please email or call for a quote. Various colours are available.

How long do the stages take to set up?

The set up time for the stages varies depending on the stage dimensions. We can usually set up a stage within 30 minutes to an hour.

How long does the hire last for?

The hire is for 24 hours. If you require hire for a longer period, please call for pricing as we offer discounts.
